Hiveline Affiliate Payment Policy

This Affiliate Payment Policy explains how commissions are earned, calculated, approved, and paid to affiliates of Hive Line ("Hiveline," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By participating in the Hiveline Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms set out below.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 25% recurring commission on all subscription payments made by customers they refer.
Commissions continue for as long as the referred customer remains an active paying subscriber.
Payment Schedule
Affiliate commissions are calculated monthly.
Payments are processed between the 1st and 10th of each month for commissions earned during the previous month.
Minimum Payout Threshold
To reduce processing costs, commissions are paid once the affiliate balance reaches:
- ₦10,000 (Nigeria)
- €25 (Europe)
- $25 (International)
Balances below the threshold roll over to the following month.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made through:
- Bank Transfer
- Wise
- PayPal (where available)
- Mobile Money (selected countries)
Commission Approval
Commissions become eligible for payment after:
- Customer payment has been successfully received.
- Refund period has expired.
- Customer account remains active and in good standing.
Affiliate Payment Requests
Affiliates can submit a payment request through the Hiveline Affiliate Portal.
Required information:
- Full Name
- Affiliate ID
- Payment Method
- Payment Details
- Amount Requested
Hiveline will review and process approved requests within 10 business days.
Fraud Prevention
Commissions generated through fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or self-referral activities may be withheld or reversed.
Right to Audit
Hiveline reserves the right to verify referred customers and subscription payments before approving commission payouts.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Affiliate Payment Policy from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
