This Privacy Policy explains how No31AB ("Hive Line", "we", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use Hiveline.live and related services (the "Services"). We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, organization number, business details.
- Configuration data: business hours, greetings, AI prompts, voice and language preferences.
- Communications data: inbound/outbound calls, SMS, emails, voicemails, transcripts, summaries, recordings.
- Customer data you upload: contacts, appointments, customer phone numbers and names.
- Billing data: invoice records, payment status. Card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
- Technical data: IP, browser, device, log data, cookies essential to the service.
3. Why We Process Data (Legal Bases)
- Contract: to deliver the Services you signed up for.
- Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, product analytics, debugging.
- Consent: recording, transcription, marketing communications, optional integrations.
- Legal obligation: accounting, tax, lawful requests.
4. AI Processing
Calls, SMS, voicemails and emails routed through Hive Line may be processed by AI models to generate responses, transcripts, and summaries. AI outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional advice. See our AI & Recording Disclosure for details and controls.
5. Recording & Transcription
Where you enable call recording or transcription, you are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining the consent required by their jurisdiction. You can disable recording, transcription, and AI summaries in Settings.
6. Sharing & Processors
We use trusted sub-processors strictly to deliver the Services. The current list (with purpose and processing region) is published at /sub-processors. We do not sell personal data.
6a. Google API Limited Use
Hive Line's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Gmail and Calendar scopes only to provide user-facing features that you explicitly enable, never for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read your Google data except (i) with your explicit consent, (ii) for security investigations, (iii) to comply with law, or (iv) where data has been aggregated and anonymised.
7. International Transfers
Some processors operate outside the EEA. Where applicable, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.
8. Retention
- Account data: while the account is active, plus up to 90 days after deletion.
- Call recordings & transcripts: default 90 days, configurable in Settings, deleted on account closure.
- Billing records: 7 years (Swedish accounting law).
- Suppression lists (unsubscribes/bounces): retained to honor opt-outs.
9. Your GDPR Rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request correction or deletion;
- export your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- object to or restrict processing;
- lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Sweden: IMY).
To exercise any right, email hello@hiveline.live. We respond within 30 days. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se or with the supervisory authority in their country of residence.
9a. Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and associated business data at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account while signed in. We will delete account, configuration, communications and customer data within 30 days. Billing records may be retained for 7 years as required by Swedish accounting law. Anonymised, aggregated analytics may be retained.
10. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, role-based access, row-level security, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we work to minimize risk and notify users of breaches as required by law.
11. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and operate the service. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
12. Children
The Services are not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
